PAYMENTS ARE DUE:

Pay period #1: Due with enrollment form. …………………For September 9^th – November 8^th

Pay period #2: Due October 15^th ……………………………For November 11^th   – January 24^th

Pay period #3: Due December 10^th…………………………..For January 27^th –April 4^th

Pay period #4: Due February 1^st……………………………..For April 7^th  –June 13^th 

NO REGULAR CLASSES:

(October 31^st ), (November 27^th – 29^th Please inquire about a make-up), (December 22^nd – Jan. 3^rd  ),

(February 16^th  – 21^st , (April 20^th – 25^th ), (May 22^nd – 23^rd Please inquire about a make-up)

KIDS NIGHT DATES:          TIMES: 6:00-7:30         AGES: 6 and up

BIRTHDAY, SPORTS, TROOPS AND GROUP PARTIES:

Run most Friday nights and Saturdays, Pre-school/Kindergarten can also run weekdays.

The staff and management of Paradise Gymnastics are dedicated to providing an environment conducive to learning and fun.   The safety of your child is our number one priority.  Our staff is trained and is U.S.A.G. safety certified.  The following guidelines have been carefully drawn up with fairness and safety as our guiding factor.  We ask that the guidelines be followed as they are written to assure the gym runs smoothly for you and your family.

MEDICAL:  It is the parent’s sole responsibility to notify us of all pertinent medical information of your child and to update that information as it becomes necessary.

PAYMENTS:  Payments are due as shown above.  An automatic $15.00 late fee will apply when payment is late and for checks returned for insufficient funds.

MAKE UP CLASSES:  There are no make up classes for missed days in any Pay Period during the year for any reason including snow days or unforeseen weather conditions etc.  There is no gymnastics if the Walpole schools are cancelled, please call the gym the day in question and the machine will update the status of classes that day. There are no payment adjustments or refunds for missed classes or for children who retire/quit in the middle of a pay period.

ATTIRE/DRESS CODE:  Girls must wear a leotard and boys wear shorts and a t-shirt.  Long hair must be pulled back and all must have bare feet.

PARENTS PLEASE:  Encourage young children to use the bathroom prior to class.  Bring them to class on time and pick them up on time.  If someone other than a Parent/Guardian will be picking them up, let our staff know beforehand.

WHO IS ALLOWED IN THE GYM?; Only gymnasts are allowed in the gym with the exception of parties and functions.
